According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Jockey Club Centre for Positive Ageing has adopted the following policies to protect and safeguard the personal data of the web users. Basic Statement
Our organisation collects the personal data from web users on voluntary basis. Personal data may include name, title, company, phone number, e-mail address, etc. The personal data our organisation collects is used for the stated purpose of processing donation and using the data as intended.
Collection and Use
Our organisation’s web server tracks and collects general information about the visits to our organisation’s website. For example, our organisation will compile statistics that show the daily numbers of visitors to our organisation’s site, the daily requests our organisation receives for particular files, the types of browsers used, the visitors’ domain names, and what countries those requests come from.
Our organisation will use “Google Analytics” and record visits to this website without collecting any personal identifiable information of users. Such general statistics are collected for the compilation of statistical reports and the diagnosis of problems with or concerning computer systems to help us improve this website.
