Tailored care all the way
Through consistent and holistic cognitive training, we can help maintain various capabilities and reduce cognitive degeneration of people with dementia. Our Day Care Centre provides day care and training services with multi-faceted cognitive training and rehabilitation activities to slow degeneration and enable dementia patients to continue to live in the community. The care service will also help to alleviate pressure on family caregivers to provide care during the day. Every service user is cared for by a professional care caseworker, with individually tailored training plans to help family members keep track of their prognosis.
JCCPA offers a uniquely designed environment, equipped with an outdoor sensory garden, indoor day care centre and multi-level residential area. The centre is primarily designed to be user friendly for people with dementia, to meet their distinctive needs and help them get immersed in the centre’s activities. A transportation service is available to help service users get to the centre and return home daily, so family members do not have to worry about transportation.
